Dolph Ziggler vs. Seth Rollins for the Intercontinental Championship

Rollins pushes Ziggler away on the Hesitation DDT and Rollins hits an enzuigiri and gets a near fall. Rollins with a back heel kick and kick to the chest. Rollins with another back heel kick and he sets for Black Out but Ziggler moves. Mercury distracts the referee and Noble drops Ziggler on the top rope. Rollins sends Ziggler shoulder first into the ring post. Rollins hits Black Out but Randy Orton hits an RKO and the referee stands there and does nothing about it.

Winner: Seth Rollins (by Disqualification)

After the match: Orton stares at Noble and Mercury and then he leaves the ring.

Kane walks past Orton and wonders what was he doing.

Backstage: Stephanie tells Hunter you cannot trust Randy Orton. Orton enters and he wants to know if they saw what just happened. Orton says that he was making a statement. He wants Seth Rollins one on one tonight.

Stephanie asks why would the co-captains face each other.

Orton says that is the biggest load of garbage he has heard in his life. Maybe he should be part of Team Cena at Survivor Series. He did what neither of them had the stomach to do last week when he put Rollins down. He will continue to do it until . . .

Hunter tells Orton to stop. He tells Randy that he needs him on his team. He needs him. He needs Randy on Team Authority. He also needs Seth Rollins. Hunter asks Randy if he understands what is at stake. Everything is at stake. If he burns, we all burn. We are all in this together. There is no forgive and forget. He sees the look in Orton’s eye. He needs the Viper. He needs the guy who for twelve years, he has done battle with face to face and side to side. He needs that guy to get this done.

He will give Randy his match with Seth Rollins tonight and do what you need to do. Get it out of your systems because when this is over THIS IS OVER. When it is over, you are going to help each other up and pat each other on the back. It will be scorched earth. They have to win. They will go to Survivor Series and they will win.

Orton says they have a deal.

Randy Orton vs. Seth Rollins

They look across the ring at each other. Orton with a kick and punches followed by head butts. Rollins with an Irish whip into the corner but Orton comes out with a clothesline and then he stares at Stephanie and Hunter. Rollins returns to the ring and Rollins punches and kicks Orton. Orton punches back and Randy with a knee and he sends Rollins to the floor. Orton goes to the floor and he hits Rollins with a clothesline to the back of the head.

Orton sends Rollins into the ringside barrier.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Orton tells the referee to keep Rollins back. Orton gets back onto the apron and Rollins drops Orton on the top rope and he goes back to the floor. Rollins tries for a pescado but Orton moves and Rollins hits the floor. They return to the ring and Orton gets a near fall. Orton with clotheslines in the corner, but he runs into an elbow from Rollins and then Rollins with a flatline into the turnbuckles. Rollins chokes Orton in the ropes. Rollins kicks Orton in the ribs and chest. Rollins with boots to Orton and then he stomps on the abdomen. Rollins with a knee drop for a near fall.

Rollins punches Orton in the corner. Rollins misses a forearm into the corner and then Orton clotheslines Rollins over the top rope to the floor. Orton sends Rollins into the announce table and then he hits a back drop driver onto the announce table. Orton rearranges the announce table while Rollins rolls into the ring.

Hunter asks Orton if he has had enough, but Orton continues to take apart the announce table. Orton returns to the ring and he connects with a forearm to the back. Rollins with an Irish whip and he is sent to the apron. Rollins with an enzuigiri and Orton is down. Rollins goes up top but Orton hits the ropes and Rollins is crotched.

Orton punches Rollins and then he sets for a superplex. Orton with the superplex and both men are down. Rollins rolls to the apron and Orton with a kick to the chest and then he thinks about the IEDDT but he takes too long and Orton is back dropped over the top rope to the floor. Rollins with a suicide dive into Orton.

Rollins rolls Orton back in and he prepares for a springboard knee to the head and he connects but Orton kicks out. Rollins sets for a Buckle Bomb but Orton with a back body drop. Rollins lands on his feet. Rollins with an enzuigiri. Rollins goes for Black Out but Orton with a power slam for a near fall. Orton sends Rollins to the apron for the IEDDT and he connects.

Orton looks around and he sets for the RKO but Rollins counters with a backslide for the three count.

Winner: Seth Rollins

After the match: Rollins celebrates his victory and Orton walks over to talk to Hunter. He wants to know what does he have to do. Hunter tells Randy it is what it is. Orton looks around and he shakes Noble’s hand. Randy shakes Mercury’s hand. Randy looks at Kane and they shake hands.

Rollins tells Orton he is sorry and then he shakes Rollins’ hand . . . and then he gives Rollins an RKO. Orton gets rid of Kane, Noble, and Mercury. Hunter keeps Orton from kicking Rollins’ head into Ralph Wilson Stadium. Hunter tries to calm down Orton and they get face to face.

Orton punches Hunter and then Orton attacks Noble, Mercury, and Kane. Kane punches Orton and then it is a white shirt beatdown. Orton fights back and he sends Mercury, Noble, and Kane to the floor. Orton goes after Rollins.

Orton gives Mercury an RKO. Orton continues his attack on Rollins but Kane and Noble grab Orton. Rollins gives Orton Black Out on the announce table.

Stephanie tells Hunter to ‘finish this’. Hunter agrees and he tells them to ‘finish it’. They move the ring steps over while Hunter and Stephanie leave. Orton’s head is put on the ring steps while Kane moves out of the way. Rollins goes onto the announce table for Black Out onto the ring steps, but first he does the Orton pose.
