SOURCE: Randy Orton is working Raw house shows on WWE’s current overseas tour. The company is being careful with Orton, easing him back in action by having him work tag team matches with Chris Jericho as his partner. The current creative plan is for Randy Orton to feud with CM Punk throughout the rest of 2008. While Orton is medically cleared to return, WWE does not want to take any chances on him re-injuring his broken right clavicle that has kept him out since June.

i remember watchin’ Summerslam 2004, and Jerry Lawler made the comment that Randy’s dad was a lil injury prone. I hope Randy doesn’t end up going the same route with his career. So it’s good the company is getting him back into the swing of things.

This is a good move. Randy should be more than ready to make a run for the WHC by the start of 2009. I’m looking forward to his feud with Punk though and of course the return of The Age Of Orton.
