Finally, the Daleks will compete with SpongeBob SquarePants character Plankton, WWE’s Randy Orton and talent show judge Simon Cowell in the Favourite Baddie category.
Nickelodeon viewers can vote online for a winner in each category until September 1. The ceremony takes place on September 13.
